Editing Your Inquiry Page

In this section, we will cover how to edit your inquiry page.

Before you start

Session includes a few required fields that your potential clients need to fill out when submitting an inquiry. These fields are Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Session Type, How soon would you like to book?Client Message.

These fields are required to create a client profile in Session. You can collect additional information from your potential clients by adding a questionnaire.

To edit your inquiry page, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Inquiries page.
  2. Click the Edit Inquiry Page button in the top right of your screen.
  3. Choose a logo or an image for your business
  4. Add some details about your business and any instructions for your potential clients.
  5. Add a questionnaire if you need to collect additional information

Previewing & Sharing Inquiry Page

In this section, we will cover how to preview and share your inquiry page.

Previewing your inquiry page

  1. Navigate to the top right of the inquiry page.
  2. Click the Client View button.

A new tab will open with your inquiry page. This is what your clients will see.

Sharing your inquiry page

  1. Navigate to the top right of the inquiry page.
  2. Click the Share button.

In the window that opens, you have the unique URL to your inquiry page. You can share this link directly with a client, share it on social media or add it to your website.

Turn Inquiries into Sessions

In this section, you’ll learn how to view new inquiries and how to turn them into sessions.

All incoming inquiries live in your Inquiries page. Session will also notify you of new inquiries by email.

Viewing Inquiries

  1. Navigate to the Inquiries page.
  2. Click on one of the inquiries (If available).

A new window will open up with all the information your client has filled out.

Create a Session

Scrolling down in that same inquiry window you will find the Create a session from this inquiry section. If you have enough information from your client, you can go ahead and complete the form and click the Create Session & Email Client button. This will create your session, and email the link to your client so they can book.

Note: This session is private, so do not share the URL with anyone other than the client.

If you do not have all the information you need to complete your session, or you simply want to share with your client at a later time. Click the Create Session button. This will create your session and you can continue to make changes to it. When you are ready to send it to your client navigate to the top right of the session page and click the Send to Client button.
