About Questionnaires

Collect more information from your clients during booking. Questionnaires work in a similar fashion as contracts. You create them once and you can reuse them over and over.

In this article, you’ll learn how to build and reuse questionnaires in your sessions and inquiries.

Building Questionnaires

To build a reusable questionnaire, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Questionnaires page
  2. Click the Create New Questionnaire button
  3. Title your new Questionnaire
  4. Start building your questions
  5. When you are done click the Save button

When building your questions, you can choose between 3 form types: Short Text, Long Text, Yes/No.

Using Questionnaires in Sessions

Once you have created your reusable questionnaires, you can add them to your sessions, learn more about building sessions.

To add a questionnaire to a session, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Sessions page.
  2. Once you find the session you want to edit click the Edit button in the Session details section.
  3. In the Session Details window that comes up scroll down to Questionnaire.
  4. Use the dropdown to select one of your available questionnaires to add to your sessions.
  5.  Save changes.

Now your clients for this photo session will have to complete your questionnaire during their booking process.

Using Questionnaires in Inquiries

Once you have created your reusable questionnaires, you can add them to your inquiries.

To add a questionnaire to your inquiries page, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Inquiries page.
  2. Click the Edit Inquiry Page button in the top right corner.
  3. In the Edit Inquiry Page window that comes up scroll down to Questionnaire.
  4. Use the dropdown to select one of your available questionnaires.
  5.  Save changes.

Now your clients filling out your inquiry form will have to complete your questionnaire as well.
