How to Download Photos from Session Galleries

Here is the quick step by step on how to download your gallery.

Steps

1. Open your gallery from the link in your email.

2. View your photos and click the heart icon to favorite.

3. Enter your client code included in the email from your photographer and click Continue.

4. When you're ready to download click FAVORITES at the top of your gallery.

5. Click Download all to get a .zip file of all your images delivered to your email inbox.

6. If you booked this session, click Continue. If you didn't book this session, click Change Email so the downloads will be delivered directly to your inbox.

7. If you didn't book this session, enter your email address in the text box so the download links go directly to your inbox. Then click Continue.

8. Choose how many additional photos you'd like to purchase, if needed. Follow the prompts to enter your card information and make your payment.

9. Click Close.

10. Open your Email Inbox and find the email with the subject "Your gallery is ready!"

11. Click Download Photos.

12. On the page that opens, click the download this icon to open the .zip file in your computer. From there, you can extract the files and save them to your computer's hard drive or cloud storage.

Tips

• If you cannot find the email, check spam or promotions.
• Your photographer may enable upselling for extra images, which will prompt for payment before download.
• Large galleries can take a few minutes to prepare.
