No. We don't ask for a credit card to try Session, so we can't charge you until you decide you want to become a customer. 100% your call, no surprises.
Can I upgrade to a yearly plan at any time to save money?
Yes. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your sidebar and you’ll see your options.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Session is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month or year-to-year. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month or year depending on your plan, but you won’t be billed again.
Do I lose access to Session and my data if I cancel?
No. You will always be able to access your Session account and your data. However, You will no longer be able to book new sessions.
Do you take commission fees?
No. We only charge you a subscription fee. Because we don’t believe in taking your hard-earned money.
What types of payment do you accept for subscriptions after the trial ends?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept payments online.
